Order placed on 10 Aug 2021, for a kids buggy priced at £49.99, card charged at time of transaction and then they marked it as shipped almost immediately.

Sent 3 x emails asking for a status update, nothing received, no buggy, no reply to emails and no refund to date.

Disgusting ,no response sent 10 emails £50 is a lot of money to me especially at Christmas. Hopefully people will read reviews before purchasing not like me ,
Hope they are ready for a fight I will take this further

Just heard the news today about this shopping site so disgusting. Some people were struggling to get money for the family and this Web site is stealing money out of them.

Absolutely disgusting Iv brought 3 buggy’s and it’s not been delivered and just a email about Covid PLEASE DONT USE !!!!

This is a bad Company to do business with. I ordered 3 of the ride on cars for my grandchildren on October 11th and they immediately charged my card. Most reliable businesses will not charge your card until the merchandise has been shipped. I should've known then; that this was not a reputable company, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It is now November 18th and I still haven't received anything saying they're on the way. When I tried emailing them, I got a message saying my mail was undeliverable, that there is no such address. Thank goodness I paid with a credit card and they are taking care of it!

Ordered an Item for my new grandson and got a couple of emails back to say late delivery due to Covid, now I have no returning emails and still no item has been deliver3ed been over three months now.

Wish id read the reviews before ordering from this site i ordered 2 items fory children for Christmas watch was almost a £100 altogether and i still haven't received the item so i asked for a refund they emailed me back after a few emails i send saying id received a refund in full im still waiting this site is absolutely disgusting its a total scam. DO NOT ORDER Anything from here......

Looks like this company is making lots of money of innocent people thinking they r receiving what they ordered . Shame on then all .

Same as the others ordered the ride on back in august and have contacted them lots first to be told ‘don’t worry it’s coming’ now nothing! Total scum!

This is a scam. Order for grandkids and never received anything.

I have purchased 2 kids car more than two months ago but never arrived!!!
Their server is not available and there is not any response from them!!!!

I've purchased 2 gifts for my kids not received and lost my money no details to track or to speak to them

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 4 cars for my grandchildren for Christmas, money that I had saved all year. What a scam, no cars and now no money to get anything else. How can they sleep at night knowing they are bringing upset to so many Children. Emailed 5 times but no replies. Very very angry grandparent. Stay clear
