Awful Experience – AVOID!

I bought a car from this garage last year, and within 24 hours of collecting it, I experienced nothing but problems.

When I contacted the garage about the issues, it was clear they were trying to avoid responsibility. In the end they reluctantly agreed to collect the car to arrange for it to be fixed but told me to leave the key on the wheel which was a cause for concern.

After receiving the car back, more faults developed, and it soon became undrivable. We made several attempts to resolve the issue directly with them, but the staff were consistently rude and refused to take any accountability.

In the end, I had no choice but to take legal action. The process took a year, but thankfully, the court ruled in my favour. The stress could have been avoided had they of shown even a basic level of integrity.

I also know I’m not the only one who’s had this kind of experience - they’ve deleted 1-star reviews (I have screenshots), which says a lot about how they manage their reputation. Also, with the number of new 5 star ratings after two honest 1 star reviews, I’d be very wary.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying from this garage. My experience was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Avoid - utter joke. Don't be sweet talked by the review replies.

Seemed like a decent dealer to start with. Car had a system fault on way home with collission avoidance system. Emailed jake right away to be told it's common fault. Emailed multiple times after with promises of getting it booked in if it carries on.

Then the replies stopped. I emailed to chase and my email had been blocked and marked as spam. Was also supposedly going to send me the 6 month warranty terms through got nothing even after chasing that.

Car also had multiple issues that weren't disclosed. Leaking air con system losing all coolant. No locking wheel nut key. Car is easily worth a grand less than paid for it. Log book wasnt sent to update new owner.

I have the original advert with the 6 months warranty stated and an audit trail of all emails and I will be taking legal action, but save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
