Great Customer Service

I purchased my Eneo Totale two years ago. Last week the unit would not charge. I contacted Customer Service and they responded very quickly to my emails. I have already received my replacement Eneo Totale. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great device and very helpful customer service.

Bought the device at a home show and then one day it stopped charging. Jackelyn who was the customer representative was wonderful. Showed me how to send videos to determine the issue. I was sent a new one since it was not working. Had to pay almost $200 Canadian to get it shipped out plus close to $100 to ship back old device (included some insurance) The device is amazing!!! I was without it now for over a month and I really really missed it! I had deep lines by my mouth area and they are almost all gone. I also had knee surgery and this is helping with regenerating the nerves. I had some dead areas and now I do not think I have any dead spots. Still tingly but this really helped regenerate the nerves. Also my crow's feet almost gone too. Not many devices out there that are a wand so you can apply exactly where you want. It is very pricey but I love this device and I do not think there is anything quite like it on the market! So worth it!

DO NOT buy the Avalogi Eneo April 2022…

I bought the Avalogi Eneo April 2022 and it worked fine however a couple years later in September 2024 my unit refused to light up the infrared lights came On and turned off a few seconds later

Impressed by the results after some initial doubts

I wasn't sure what to expect from this anti-aging device, but after a few weeks of regular use, I'm genuinely impressed. The design is sleek and it feels high quality. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth have softened, and my skin feels smoother overall. It's a bit of an investment, but the visible difference has made it worth it for me. Recommended.

This company is absolutely a scam!

This company is absolutely a scam!! I bought $4500 in products, and then returned half of it. The salesman said he would refund that but NEVER did after many many attempts to contact him. They also never sent a receipt for anything which made it impossible to dispute with the credit card company. I also found out later that these companies are KNOWN for having a minimum price to sell items for and then they just make up a number after that because they get to keep the profit. The products do not even do anything and are a complete waste of money.

I purchased the eneo totale at the Cabo San Lucas airport. DO NOT SHOP THERE, DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCTS. The owner, Leon Shapiro is an unethical person, an dishonest liar who cheated me to make the sale. He said he would give me a discount ($2117), and he did not. He also said i had 45 days to try the product. Otherwise i would never have bought it. Then he steered me to the supposed Mexican tax refund area, assuring me I would receive the tax ($1168) within a week or so. I never received anything. I communicated with him several times and he said he never said there was a 45 day return. Unbelievable. On top of not being able to return the product, I paid $3285 more than we agreed upon. I have contacted Avologi but they said it's all up to the store where I made the purchase and tried to sell me more products!!!! Unbelievable!!!! This is a HORRIBLE company...deceitful, provides no customer service and it should be put out of business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... you will regret ever doing business with them!

Smooth and quick customer service with lovely people.

I couldn't believe how easy and quick it was to receive my replacement. I was more than happy to pay the $119.00 for a new device. I love my Eneo Totale and I loved the customer service I received. The small pouch with a few sample products was a very nice touch as well.

There’s something fishy going on…

This does the same thing as the $35 ones on Amazon. Mine broke and they still have it because I refuse to pay them $120 to send it back. I’ve had great success with ones I got on Amazon and have multiple light therapy settings. The spas that sell these are really shady as well. I was scammed into facials and product but it wants worth it at all. No one can tell me why the products are so expensive. It’s a marketing ploy.

Excellent Customer Service

My Eneo Totale was replaced quickly and without any issues. I had purchased the device in Palm Springs while on a work seminar. When I contacted Avologi at their main number in Florida,they responded very promptly and made the entire process seamless. LOVE MY ENEO TOTALE!

Customer service was great to work with!03

I just recently purchased the Avologi unit, and from the start the unit would not recharge in the charger. I reached out to Customer Service and was very pleased with the help and guidance that I received from Jackelyn S. Jackely was so helpful and walked me through the process of finding the problem/solution. She made this whole process easy. Now that I received the new charging cord, my unit is plugged in and recharging. So excited to get started on the requiment.

This company has great customer service. I received detailed instructions about what they needed me to do to start a warranty return. They were always in communication with me either through email or on the phone. I received my replacement product without any issues.
