Great Products

The products are great, however the shipping has issues. In my last two orders shipping and receiving have had issues. The last order I made was for a two item set. I received one piece and was told my order was delivered. The second piece arrived the next day.

Shipped most items fast but

Most of the order was shipped very fast and got here quickly. But I still haven't received my last item and no update on it. I also have the protection for it. If an item is going to be late an notification would be nice rather than guessing what happened. Every time I check the status of shipped items the tracking numbers never work.

Fabric was itchy and gave my wife a…

Fabric was itchy and gave my wife a rash. Tried to return but seller doesn't make it easy and aren't responding. I'm challenging the purchase with my credit card company. I totally regret buying the product.
Update: so generous that seller let me keep the lingerie my wife couldn't wear. Also they don't understand sarcasm and can't read a room for shit. If I declined to edit my review the first 6 times you contacted me the answer is no I won't. I do appreciate being told I'm "such a great guy" though. Their opinion of me means everything, and I couldn't possibly go on living if Avidlove and their poor quality products were mad at me. Again avoid their products like it transmits Covid-19.

too small in the bust

Clothing too small in the bust. I got a xlarge and bust fit like a small. I am a 36ddd. Not made for busty gals. However, returns are easy and straightforward.

I thought your display online was a very good representation of your product, the order was easy to place, (not always the case online) the effort you made to keep me informed of the status of my order, and it was all handled very promptly. My wife loves it and so do I. Thank you!

Perfect Support

The e-store was so responsive to my request for size alteration, prior to shipping the parcel. I got that perfect customer service via their Whatsapp group, and they offered me 20% discount for my next purchase.
