Placed an order for FRESHLY BAKED BREAD - KETO Low Carb Sliced Rustic Loaf 700g sadly contained ingredients my medical condition allows me NOT to have… however before ordering it was clear the ingredients were all acceptable… arrived and noticed this bread was actually Keto Chefs bread and ingredients were inaccurate on the label and on their website! Keto chefs use egg substitute and Avidlite stated just eggs… had to bring this to their attention.. all I got was we are sorry… we will have a courier pick up the two loaves. And once we have the bread back with us then only we will issue a refund!!!

Had I not recognised Keto Chefs bread … I would have gone ahead eaten the bread and ended up in hospital…. No not allergies but an illness that is so severe!!!

There was no empathy or effort to even try and compensate me for what could have turned into a law suite had I ended up in hospital or for even bringing it to their attention….. that they are selling a product with the incorrect ingredient list…

P.S. They have since updated their website with the correct ingredients now…

Really enjoyed my experience with avidlite. Easy to order on the website and any issues or queries I had I was able to call in and received fantastic customer service! Nothing was a hassle and the girl I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond for me, really lovely.

It made the whole experience enjoyable as I'm just starting out on my new eating journey and some things have been daunting for me and I came across their site and saw they have some fantastic foods to offer. I'll definitely be reordering again from them!

DO NOT ORDER! Unfortunately having health issues and being on a restricted diet is what drew me to this company, but it is not worth it. I have had several issues with my orders consecutively. Company and staff take zero accountability, for goods that have not been delivered, as well as just being out right rude and talk over you, they offered to use a different courier service, only to ask for a premium cost of £10 not even considering I’d already paid an additional amount for delivery. This was after waiting two weeks of trying to chase up what happened with my order. This is the third time I’ve had issues with this company. It’s not a one off problem. Also I have not received my refund yet. They just left the issue as it was without contacting.

I don't understand the poor reviews. I received excellent products very quickly. I'm very happy with the service I've received from them.

Excellent service as usual. What wasn’t usual was the 3/4 full tubs of high protein cappuccino & cocoa. When/ why did the tub weights / portions change from 15 portions to 13 portions for same price?

Really good service. I placed my first order with them on a Tuesday afternoon. Immediately got a confirmation of the order and a notification of goods shipped in 2 hours or less maybe. Promptly got delivery updates and food arrived well packaged before lunch on Wednesday. Thats what I call an amazing service esp. during COVID. Everything was well packaged and they even sent a sample of free sweets. The only feedback is to send food items that have a longer expiry date (They were expiring within 3 weeks) but that is not a deal breaker for me :)

Have been ordering from them twice a month. Great products and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Today I had an extremely unpleasant experience with their delivery agent. I am severely disabled & cannot write as hand disabled by a stroke. The delivery man became aggressive with me because I could not sign. I felt very threatened by him & warned him I would call the police. He threw the box at my front door mat in anger & called me names so I slammed the front door in his face.I have NEVER EVER been treated like this before. He was standing on my doorstep on m y property. When he was gone I called my daughter because I was so shaken up by the experience & she told me to contact Avidlite to complain.When I did I spoke with a woman,she could not have cared less. In fact she was extremely cold about it so has been told that after many years with them I will NEVER buy from them ever again. I do not recommend them at all.

I have been ordering from this company for about 2 years now. I am diabetic and on a low carb diet. I sometimes like a treat and find that this company has a good selection of low carb treats and breads. The best thing about this company is that the gentleman who runs it is a GENTLEMAN. The customer service is fabulous. The delivery is quick, & they are very knowledgeable about all of the products. The prices are very good too. All in all a great service. I highly recommend
