Terrible customer service and shitty…
Terrible customer service and shitty quality clothing
Terrible!!!
Wow, trying to return a hoodie is a full time job. Customer service number doesn't answer, email to George and Mason in customer service resulted in one problem being fixed, another problem occurring and now they are ignoring me. I don't want to be stuck with this over-priced rag of a sweatshirt!!!
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Does not care if customers shop with them or not. I don’t think their overpriced, mediocre clothes with rude customer service business model is sustainable.
Don’t order, you won’t be happy
I had a really disappointing experience with this product. The customer service was horrible! I ordered an XS, thinking it would fit but it actually felt bigger than my usual small, maybe this was due to the fabric quality, which was awful. I expected much more for the price. I won’t be shopping here again.
Thanks for nothing Kaleb
( The Aviator Nation Customer Experience team). The least you could have done was let me exchange it for something that fits!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered an expensive sweatshirt as a gift over a week ago. Still NO shipping information. E-mailed twice only to get a generic response stating my order has not yet been fulfilled! Tried calling several times only to be met with a robotic answering machine with no help whatsoever! They charged my card quickly but I cannot seem to get an answer as to where my sweatshirt is!
Fraudulent charges on my credit card…
Fraudulent charges on my credit card after making a purchase on the site. Made a purchase on 11/30. On 12/1 had 2,200.00 in charges made on my credit card! Got all of it back except 500.00. Charges were made to JetBlue. BEWARE!!! I doubt now after reading reviews I will ever get what I purchased. This week has been nothing but a headache of dealing with the bank and my money that was stolen.
Overpriced. Terrible Customer Service.
The customer service experience is extremely frustrating. They attempt to upsell you during the checkout process, requiring you to decline multiple add-ons before you can purchase the item you originally intended to buy. Additionally, if you apply a coupon, it initially shows the discount but then disappears at the final payment stage. Neither the local store nor headquarters seem able to resolve this issue. Furthermore, their discounts only apply to full-price items, a detail that is not clearly disclosed on their website or elsewhere. Their overpriced sweats are a joke. The only reason I even considered purchasing them is because my niece wanted them.
Recently bought a hoodie on sale and…
Recently bought a hoodie on sale and they would not exchange for the size I needed, since it was too big. They would not honor the sale price and said the item was sold out, but it was not you were able to buy the same item at the ridiculous amount of $180 for a hoodie. Wow! Worst experience with a closing company, you would think they would want to keep brand new customers happy. Customer service was horrible!
Aviator Failures
Wanted to give an update - You wont be surprised to know their Founder / CEO 'Paige' is obviously in hiding as is her assistant given all of the recent complaints. My missing order finally showed up but only after 7 days post order with my chasing my the missing order. Dont be fooled by their so called 'Customer Service' its a sham and smoke screen. They dont answer questions, full of excuses but the reality is they wont help you and personally I think mis-labelled my order twice because I complained. My order was shipped to my phone number and not my name which doesnt help when it toook them weeks to replace an order and then it had to be shipped to the hotel I was staying at. I loved this brand and its products but do your research and NEVER ever buy from them online - its a trainsmash waiting to happen.
Awful and lax customer service
Awful and lax customer service. I needed an order to be overnighted after I placed the order so I paid extra shipping cost (they sent me a separate shipping invoice) and assumed they will overnight it. I sent 6 emails since and haven't gotten anywhere yet. (Mind u its 3 buainess daya since i paid)They don't answer their calls either. They're here to charge an arm and a leg, take your money and then you can go fly a Kite. Shame that a brand like this can't have decent customer service. Its beyond me how businesses like these operate. No regard to customers concerns, whatsoever!

Refuse to help with exchanges
I used to love Aviator Nation. However, they don't care about their customers. I bought 2 sweatshirts that arrived and were too big. I bought them on sale and due to that fact, could only exchange them for a different size. - No big deal, that's what I wanted to do anyway. When I tried to do so, they were sold out of every single size of the sweatshirt. So, I reached out to customer service to see if I could get an in store credit or if they could process the exchange for a different sweatshirt. They told me that due to their policy, if they didn't have a replacement, I was out of luck. Considering I have spent over $1,000 there in the last year, you would think they would be more cognizant of the fact that I'm a loyal customer. Sadly, Aviator Nation won't be getting any more of my business.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I absolutely LOVED this company for the first view items that I’ve ordered. However, since my initial couple of purchases, the quality and customer service are terrible. Last Christmas I ordered a hoodie a month before Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve the item was shown as delivered and never was. Since then, every time I order something, I either never receive it or it comes a month later. This has caused me to make several charge backs on my credit card. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They literally refuse to answer calls and or emails. Save your money. Cute but not worth the hassle.
Sadly a waste of time and money.
I found out this company was made in USA so I really tried to love this brand. My first sweatshirt was so soft, I was hooked. But it was the equivalent of choosing the wrong sports team as a child. I was rooting for a dud. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and given them so many chances. Their clothing arrives slowly in a world of 2 day shipping. Then it arrives with no tags or “pinned” tags that don’t have the clothing label yet a blank tag. The sweatshirts are pilled upon arrival and usually appear very worn. With a 7 day return policy and mostly exchange or credit only, it quite frankly is almost offensive. They assume it needs to be returned and make it difficult to get money back. I don’t know who is working in quality control but they’ve been snoozing.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service - very dismissive! If you are in Canada, you will need to pay duties and if you need to return best of luck!
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. Paige Mycoskie should pay attention to this. If i respected brand before and wanted to support local business woman, now its not the case. I ordered online cloth but never got it. And customer support does not provide any assistance at all! Had to open a dispute with cc. and after talking to customer service they said clos it and we will take care your case. Guess I closed it and they said oh, we made a mistake and we not going to be taking care of your case. Very disappointing and cheap by this company. by doing that they lost me as a customer as well as my friends and family. no one wants to deal with thefts and not honest people/company who is Aviator Nation is.
Intrusive upsell
Love the products but wow, the online checkout experience is terrible! It would not let me place my order until I declined multiple items I didn't want to buy. I had to click "Decline Offer" over and over and over. No, I don't want to add a keychain. No, I don't want to add pants. No, I don't want to add a hat. If it weren't a late birthday present that I didn't have time to rethink, I would have not completed my purchase.
The worst customer support service!!!!
The worst customer support service!!!!
They made a mistake with my invoice and I couldn't receive my order..
After 20 emails we sent all the replies were irrelevant to my matter!!
Either their employees don't understand English or all the answers were given by computer.
Over priced tat
Over priced tat. Dont waste your money.
So disappointing. I bought my Ninja Hoodie in the 'Sale' for £87 (still very expensive) and paid £17 for international postage as I really wanted the item. The hoody is tissue thin, looks faded and washed out, is shapeless, I feel completely fobbed off. My only consolation is that I did not pay full price for this item - daylight robbery
Fabric and fit have changed dramatically
AN has changed their polyester / cotton ratio and now the majority of the fabric content is poly. Although the clothing is extremely soft, it is much lighter in weight has a cheap , synthetic feel. The silhouettes are also not as tailored and they seem much more largely produced.
