The company formation process itself went relatively smoothly — the team handled the DAFZA license, visa, and TDRA approval without major issues, and we appreciate that.

However, what disappointed us was the lack of any guidance on post-formation compliance obligations. At no point during our engagement were we informed about Corporate Tax registration deadlines with the FTA — something that has been mandatory for all UAE businesses since 2023. As a result, we missed the deadline and incurred a penalty that could have been easily avoided with a simple heads-up.

For a firm that charges a professional fee for "support at all stages of work," we expected at least a mention of such a fundamental requirement. We understand tax advisory may not be their core offering, but a basic awareness reminder would have made a significant difference.

If you're using their services, make sure you independently verify all your compliance deadlines — don't assume everything is covered.
