People get their stuff??!!

I'm surprised that people get their dress months after ordering.
MINE NEVER CAME ALMOST A YEAR NOW.

Honestly wouldn't mind the wait if they were honest. No honesty. I'm totally scammed, there goes my $100.
They just recently shut down the comment section on their IG page.

Horrible business

Horrible business. Save your money. Ordered a set back in May it finally arrived in November after me following up for months with no response. Ordered a Christmas set on November 23 and have heard nothing from them after 5 attempts to contact them. I feel stupid for falling for their scan again. Stay away from this company. You’ve been warned.

Is this company a joke??

My clothes came 3 months after I placed an order. I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. The clothes were cheap screen printed quality. AVOID. You can buy something cheaper and receive it in a timely fashion if you buy from literally anywhere else. Complete waste of time.

This business is a scam! Don't waste your money on them

This company is a scam. Don't ever buy anything from them. Rather than reflect on their business approach, they conceal their behavior by deleting and disabling the comment section on Instagram and Facebook because of the innumerable complaints they've receive. Numerous customers have placed an order and for months haven't heard an update from this company. They never apologize for the delay and lack of communication, and will use "environmentally friendly" marketing cons to mask their deceit and disrespect to the customers.

Don't order from Averie. Scam company.

Don't order from Averie. Take a look at their social media. Non stop complaints about orders never delivered, wrong orders, not issuing refunds for returns.

They're not a reputable company. Maybe some people get orders but it's not worth the the risk and its not worth supporting a company like this.

Customer service is impossible to get ahold of

I received my order but their size chart was WILDLY incorrect. I was initially able to get in touch with customer service after a long delay to confirm my measurements with the suggested size and initiated an exchange. It was STILL too big! Their exchange portal discounted the exchange order as $0 cost and thus would not accept a second exchange and I can't get in touch with customer service. It's been a whole month and I've sent multiple messages and nothing! I feel completely ghosted.

Order not filled, no updates for 3 months

I ordered two dresses in early August and received a confirmation email stating that they should be shipped in early September. I didn't receive any packages or communications during September, so I emailed in early October asking for updated production/shipping information and received no response. I emailed again at the beginning of November and after a week with no response, I requested to cancel the order for a full refund.

I know they have a slower shipping schedule and only produce items after you place an order. However, when shipping estimates are inaccurate and I can't get any updates for months, there is clearly a problem. At this point, I doubt I will receive anything from them so I just want my money back.

I would recommend others NOT to order anything from Averie. This company hasn't communicated adequately about my order and I'm worried I won't ever receive it or a refund.

I ordered my dress on September 8th

I ordered my dress on September 8th. When I didn’t receive it by the end of October I emailed the company. I didn’t here back from anyone until November 13th saying that they had shipped my order. I recieved it on the 18th and part of my order was missing. I still haven’t received a response from them yet as to where it’s at. The dress I received looks nothing like the picture and is extremely ill fitting. I have ordered the same cut from Shein for a tiny fraction of the price and it fits like a glove. Don’t waste your money.

No Response, No Refund

Bought two dresses and only received one. The one I received was way too short with a slit up the middle that would show my underwear when I walked. I returned it. I contacted them about the dress I never received four times over the past month and never received a response (only automated). I have now lost shipping and handling for one dress and paid for another that I never received. Ordered Jun 28, 2022 delivered Oct. 17, 2022.

I have been waiting for almost a month for my refund of over $200. They told me it was "on the way" and i have not received it. They quit responding to my emails nd there is no phone number to call whatsoever! A total freaking scam!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!

These comments are 100% true. They delay your product to be shipped over and over again. They pacify your with writing some we want the product to the perfect and custom to you. I’m like you didn’t take my measurements. I just ordered a medium. I cancelled. 3-months for one item should not take this long. It’s a SCAM!!!!

I fell for the scam

I fell for the scam. I didn’t look into the company. I read comments on their Facebook posts saying people never received purchases. I’m shocked a business can run like this, and so disappointed that they act like it’s all about sustainability. All communication has been initiated by me. There has never been an update about new expected ship timeframes. I’m also disappointed to see that they reply to ONLY the positive feedback on this website. Any company that doesn’t deliver on their end, without communication or apologies when it goes wrong, has a seriously awful business strategy. Averie, I’d like a refund. I don’t want the product anymore.

Terrible quality, false shipping timeframes, and horrible refund policy

Ordered a dress and a jumpsuit in June, didn’t receive it until October, and it was a nightmare. Cheap fabric, nonsensical sizing, and they ironically only allow 2 weeks to get the order shipping back to them (which you have to pay for). I needed the outfits for an event, and was not able to make the deadline because I was out of town, and I’m now stuck with the trash clothing.

I’ve ordered a couple times from here…

I’ve ordered a couple times from here thinking the next time would be better but it’s not. They absolutely do lie about shipping times and make excuses when months have gone by and you still don’t have a tracking number or any correspondence. It’s not worth the wait, especially since the sizing and cuts are very difficult to predict and you may have to make an exchange that just adds to the time you had to wait for the clothing to begin with. This company is not worth it.
