Chose Avenue Heating on its recommendations and they weren't wrong. Fantastic service, puts the customer first. And took a 33 year old unmaintained system heating and converted it to combi in one day and got working fantastically! But did it so well, with great thought and attention. Would thoroughly recommend and fantastic when you find such great people like Winston ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks to a Facebook recommendation we found Avenue Heating, had a new combo boiler installed and new radiators put throughout our house. Honestly have to say they were a pleasure to have in our home, they were repectful, clean, quiet and helpful.
The price was fair in comparison to others and we actually would have paid more to have this level of service! Thank you Avenue Heating!

We had a very nice experience with Avenue Heating with a boiler installation. They were very transparent and clear with the required work and cost, and the actual installation has been done clean and fast by Winston and team (Reggie, hopefully I got the spelling right). The boiler works like a charm. I am very satisfied with the work and can totally recommend Avenue Heating.

I had a large job done- removal of a very old boiler, water tank and radiators and Installation of a new boiler in the loft and new radiators . It involved a lot of work! I have used Avenue Heating on many occasions now over the last few years, including installing a number of boilers at different properties that I manage. I have found them very trust worthy, efficient and great value for money!

When we bought our new house, Avenue Heating fitted our new radiators, our new Vaillant boiler and many other bits and pieces besides.
As a starting point, the overall quality of the work itself has been excellent throughout. However, the real USPs Of Avenue have been their ability to properly communicate with us, to think laterally when problem solving and to be flexible and compassionate when we needed a bit of hand-holding. It’s hard to underestimate how important these things are when you’re in the middle of the stresses of a house renovation, but Avenue really managed to take the sting out of our problems, when everything else was in chaos.

We had our first quote from British Gas and couldn’t believe their price. I have used Avenue heating several times now for both maintenance and repairs of my small property portfolio. I have found them to always be reliable, punctual and fairly priced. I would recommend them highly and I have already passed their details on to family and friends.

Winston has seen us through a range of plumbing and heating crises. He’s installed two boilers for us (in different places!), mended a serious through the ceiling leak and fixed and refitted an outside leaking soil pipe. All done with cheerfulness, punctuality and efficiency. Once you know Winston he turns out for you and it is such relief to know you have a trusted heating and plumbing engineer. He hasn’t let us down.

Professional, perfect job and PUNCTUAL! I genuinely couldn’t ask for more. I am extremely pleased with the job that these guys did at our house. Nothing was an issue. Even when the job was more complicated than we all first thought, they didn’t ‘milk’ it ! They were simply a breath of fresh air and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

5 stars is not enough! We have used Winston of Avenue Heating a number of times - we will not use anyone else. He is prompt, courteous, happy, polite, tidy and kept us informed on everything he was doing. We most recently called him for an emergency and he was with us within 20 minutes of a call and that was a Sunday morning! Do not hesitate in using him.

We used Avenue Heating this week and can not recommend Winston more highly! He came and quoted the same day to replace our boiler which had been condemned - carried out the work to an exacting standard within 36 hours! Not an easy job due to our complicated system however Winston remained jovial throughout all the trials of the day and didn't leave until it was up and running and we had heat and hot water. We have already booked Avenue Heating to return to do some further work as we were so impressed by the whole service.
