Avas Flowers ARE NOT LOCAL!!! I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday. Wish, wish, wish I had taken the time to read the reviews. Not only did I get an email saying they didn’t have the arrangement I ordered, I played phone tag all morning to get the arrangement changed. I finally called customer service to cancel the order all together and had to wait for ANOTHER call back. Finally got a real person and they tried to upsell me! Holy moly! After being put on hold again, I was finally able to confirm that the order got cancelled. Long story short: don’t use them!!!

Only half of the order was delivered yet I was charged for two items. When I attempted to contact the store to request a refund for the portion they failed to deliver they didn’t respond to me and instead delivered a small plant basket to the same recipient 3 days later with the same original message from the first delivery. The entire situation was handled poorly and the items weren’t even close to what I ordered in appearance or value. I order a snack basket and a money tree with balloons. They delivered a small plant basket the first time with balloons. The second time they delivered another tiny plant basket with the same card. And no communication to me personally.

I ordered an Orchid for my older sister. I live in Iowa. She lives in Georgia. She was going through a hard time so I thought it would make her feel better if she had some flowers. Upon arrival.... the orchid stem was broken and all but one bloom was broken off and just inside the box. very disappointing for both me and my sister.

Stay away from this company! Worse experience I have every had, customer service is deplorable, they use an overseas call center for service and the operators have no idea what to do other than say how sorry they are. I places an order through their website for flowers. I got an email saying there was a problem with the flowers and I needed to contact them before they could proceed. I tried calling, message said to call back when they were open (even though I was calling during their posted hours), I tried their chat feature and was caught in an endless loop requesting my name and order number. I called and finally got a human who could not even find my order number (the one in the email they sent me). After 5 phone calls I canceled my order and demanded a refund.
I did see Avas reply to my review. I assure you they have all the information they requested. They know what order this is in reference to. Once again they are not doing anything to fix the issue they only know how to apologize to placate you enough to go away.

Terrible company to deal with. Very poor customer service.
My husband ordered me flowers which were never delivered. Price was increased from original order and credit card charged. No cooperation from company with reason for flowers not being delivered. Just kept getting run around. Now have to dispute charge for flowers never delivered. Be cautious if you order from Ava's Flowers.

HORRIBLE. I can't even begin to list out all of the problems with this company. They didn't deliver the flowers on time the first request. Then I agreed to next day. They STILL didn't deliver the flowers. I have lost about 2 hours of my life on this issue. I had to beg for a refund. They wanted to give me 25% off the next order. HA! I said I do NOT ever want to use this company again.

Spent $340.00 on flowers and balloons to surprise my wife at work. Remind you I placed the order at 9:00 am. About an hour afterwords, my wife reached out to me saying thank-you their beautiful.... Me thinking everything showed up. Wrong!!! I get a message at 4:30pm delivery driver was approaching building. My wife shortly calls me says thankyou for the balloons, why did you wait to send them at end of the day? They were leaving for the day when the other half showed up.
For spending that much. You would think everything would show up at the same time. Glad my wife was still there.

They delivered a cheap bouquet instead of a basket greenery arrangement posted on their website.
I got reimbursed for flowers- no deliveries and other charges.
I was very disappointed.
Honestly, I would look for different companies in the future.

Time guaranteed online was quickly set a day back via email once the order was placed. This was not the day of recipients birthday. If the day is not available ordering site should say so

I canceled my order immediately after placing it, but the company repeatedly gave me the runaround instead of processing the cancellation. After several attempts to get a straight answer, they eventually claimed the order had already shipped—which was not true. When I pointed out the inconsistency, they had no response. This was my second phone call with customer service, and both times the call was conveniently disconnected before the issue could be resolved.
Customer service was extremely difficult to reach. They continually directed me to their ticketing system, which was disorganized and unhelpful. The entire process felt poorly managed from start to finish.
Despite canceling the order immediately, the company refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, the product was delivered late, even though customer service had assured me it would arrive sooner. The communication throughout the process was inaccurate, inconsistent, and misleading.
Afterward, I discovered that this company has a large number of negative reviews, and I regret not researching them before making a purchase. Based on my experience, their customer support operation appears poorly organized and unable to effectively resolve customer concerns.
I rarely take the time to leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable company. If you're considering ordering from them, I encourage you to read through other customer reviews and experiences before making a purchase.
