This company produce some great quality products, super fast with shipping, great prices, i will be definitely be buying from this company again and hope to make them my regular supplier for my products.

I ordered a pack of 10 non-slip coathangers (listed as flocked coathangers). They're slightly shorter in length than some, which is what I want as I'm petite, and many almost stretch the shoulders of my clothes.
They were an excellent price, and amazingly, delivery was free.
They arrived promptly.
I'm very pleased, and recommend them.

The item I ordered was subsequently listed as out of stock. I was proposed a alternate size, which i agreed as a solution, but Instead a wrong replacement item was sent without my consent. The substitute product is not the item I ordered and appears to have been selected on the assumption that it would be compatible, a decision that should not have been made on my behalf.

To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach customer service by phone to resolve the issue. Did not have a pleasant experience as a first time customer.
