I ordered shoes for my grandson for…

I ordered shoes for my grandson for Christmas on 12/13/2024 , 12/27/2024 I sent an email , I got a response back saying there on their way. Ha ha . I checked the tracking number and it says my order was still in California. Shipping label states still in California. Emailed again to be told they will ship it out , but due to the holidays it could take longer. I understand that. Well 8 email exchanges later , reporting then 3 times, contacting my Bank and a bill from my lawyer they are sending me my “refund “! So they said. Side note, I believe it was more than 8 emails . Anyway, I repeatedly asked for the steps in which to take to start my refund, with no luck on that . More emails asking me if I still want my package 🫤, I replied every time with NO I want a refund. My “package “ is still as I checked today still in California. I did get a email this morning stating that my refund has been processed 🤞 . Being on a fixed income like most , weather it’s a paycheck or SS in this day and age scammers really sink there teeth in. It’s so sad there are disgraceful human beings out there that hurt hard working people . I know one reviewer is going to change anything, but to the scammers I don’t even wish you to be scammed out of a little $160.00 . Just take a look at how you are making money, No need to send your insulting auto response back. DONEKICK has some many negative reviews that they should have been reported a long time ago. I will continue to keep in touch as I follow through with reports I filed and update. Hopefully they do the right thing a refund me. It might cost me a little more but I am following through. I believe in the end DONEKICK will have to do the right thing. Too Jonathon , you seem not to know how to read correctly based on your emails responses. It’s not hard to understand the word “REFUND” and yet you asked me 4 times if I still wanted my package after almost 30 days 🥱. Here we are 01/13/2025 ! No package and no refund.

DO NOT BUY

They really are scammers, I need a textbook for my class and i have yet to receive it. They emailed me confirming my order but no emailed e-book. Pagemira sucks. And i will be disputing the charge to get my money back. Someone should sue them. And their google reviews are fake, they were all posted at the same time on the same day and month.

ITS AN EBOOK. Nowhere does it say that when you order it

I ordered the book and noticed that it was free shipping since they didn't charge me. THEN, I get an EMAIL about an "ebook" and ON THE RECEIPT THEY EMAILED ME, SUDDENLY IT READS "DON'T PURCHASE UNLESS YOU WANT AN EBOOK" BUT NOWHERE WAS THIS WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. I just emailed them to say "CANCEL THIS". I am giving them a 1 star BECAUSE they should say this when you place the order with them, NOT after you already purchase it and then they sent it to your email saying "oh, its an ebook.
