There really fast with customer service

5 stars for Avancus' fantastic customer service, especially shout out to Ruth for helping me work with the sizing and getting me the correct size right away.

It seems that sizes do run smaller here, but msg the team first if there's any questions or issue with the sizing.

Unfortunately sizing for me was very off. I consistently wear a size 39 EU with major brands (asics, birkenstock, ecco, new balance), however the avancus EU 39 was too small for me. I exchanged for size EU 40 thinking this would work, but unfortunately the shoe felt exactly the same as the EU 39 so returning all together as unfortunately exchange/return process can be costly as customer is 100% responsible for shipping costs. I gave it a good try, but will be abandoning this brand all together.

Shipment got delayed by DHL but Avancus Support sorted it quickly and professionally. Mistakes happen but they handled it like a champ! 5/5 for product and customer service

Large order came very quickly. Shoes are super comfortable and true to fit and comp shirts are great quality. Can’t wait for squat shoes to release!

Excellent customer service with quick responses and actual proper feedback on my questions about the product. This was my second time ordering from avancus and I will continue to order from them and tell my friends about my positive experience.

I had to return my shoes do to not fitting to small and Ruth in the customer service team was great.

Very reliable material and comfortable
helped with my form on deadlifts

I’ve had a pair of Avancus since their launch. I’ve owned both the V1 and limited edition red, white and blue V3. I love the concept, design and feel of the shoe. My only point of feedback is that the closer you get to the one year mark the more they fall apart. My V1 started to come undone where the soul met the toes at the tip. I did wear them outside of the gym and chalked the wear and tear up to that, giving the benefit of the doubt. I continued to wear them until the limited edition V3 launched where I snagged a pair of those. I’m 7 months into these shoes and they’re already falling apart again. The souls of the shoe have cracked. The difference for me this time was I made a point to never wear them outside of the gym and I didn’t until the first time yesterday. I left my in between shoes in the locker and walked to the car with my avancus on to put my kids in the car and help my wife. It had rained the night before and immediately upon hitting some water my feet and socks started to get wet. That’s when noticed the cracks in the bottom of the shoe.

Solid product but they won’t last you past a year!

First off, the v3s themselves are pretty great. Roomy toe box, very flat to the ground, good lateral support for sumo, and just have a nice fit. I have bought multiple pairs because of this.

However, after using two pairs for a few months, I’ve noticed in both of them that the adhesive connecting the outsole to the shoe starts to separate at the tip/toes. This is while only using the shoes for squats, deadlifts, and basic accessories (nothing that crunches the toes of the shoe), and normal storage/treatment when not in use.

Avancus’ customer service is top tier and has already provided me a replacement for one of these pairs, but it’s frustrating seeing in my other pair the same issue emerge considering I don’t want to have to keep buying or requesting replacements for these shoes. I will concede that functionally, even when the sole starts separating, you can probably keep using the shoes for some time without major issue but you’d like to have more trust in the shoes ability to hold under load without it worsening.

Shoes look great and feel great.

Was a bit underwhelmed with the product for 100 bucks. Material wise and the fit, feels like something i got for 60 bucks in the past.

These shoes shipped fast. They are also lighter and more sturdy than the V2.

Fast shipping, got in time before my meet. Overall amazing product. Ghost high tops super grippy and my ankles feel stable on walk out for squats.

These shoes are so grippy bro I’m dead ass funna bust a nut I used to rock w notorious lifts but gawd dayum yall do a good ass job who ever hired yall needs to give you guys a raise!

Great for powerlifting and works as designed. Delivery was on time, shoes came in properly laced already in the box and the sizing was true. For the first time I didn’t have to return a pair of shoes bought online due to sizing nuances.
