An uncomfortable selling experience.
I reviewed multiple skin trading platforms and found that this site offered the highest buyback price for a particular item, so I chose to sell it here. However, after completing the sale, they claimed a "system error" and offered a significantly lower price, which I refused by opting for a return. This resulted in my item being locked for 15 days before I could relist it, with no compensation provided by the platform despite the inconvenience caused.

In rare cases, a technical issue may prevent us from completing a purchase at the originally quoted price. In such situations, we always offer the option to cancel the transaction and return the item rather than proceeding at a different price without the seller's consent.
If the item is returned with a 15-day trade hold, this restriction is imposed by Steam when Steam Guard has not been enabled for at least 7 days, and unfortunately it is beyond our control.
We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to minimize situations like this.

Waited 3 days for a trade hold to…
Waited 3 days for a trade hold to expire, opened the site and saw that they went ahead and relisted my items for 10$ more a piece without telling me since it took me more then 10 hours to click a button on their website. Support just repeated terms of service to me over and over again for 30 minutes and refused to give me the items I paid for and they still had. If they had just sent me the offer I would have accepted it instantly with archisteamfarm, what kind of modern cs website cant store 3 items for a day.
