Jamie, we have checked this delivery and can see there was an attempt on the 9th at 1:30pm, but the address was inaccessible. They then went on to successfully deliver on the 10th. If you believe this information is wrong, please get in touch with us so that we can raise with Royal mail. We expect all our parcels to be delivered as promised.

Hi Christina. I understand your frustration and I'm sorry that you're unhappy with the outcome.
The parcel was dispatched to the delivery address entered when the order was placed. After dispatch, you contacted us to advise that the address provided on the order was incorrect and requested that the parcel be returned to us.
We followed your instructions and arranged for the parcel to be returned. Once it was received back at our warehouse, we processed a refund for the products in full. However, the original postage charge has not been refunded, as the parcel had already been shipped to the address supplied on the order and the return was necessary because an incorrect delivery address had been entered.
While we appreciate this is disappointing, the refund has been processed in accordance with our policy and the circumstances of the return.
