Amazing warranty service highly recommend this group

We are a small UTV Shop and ordered some lights and switch panels for a customer. When FEDEX delivered the package, it had been torn open and taped shut, then torn open again. Turns out we were missing a couple of items. I contacted Auxbeam via email about the issue and they were extremely fast and courteous with getting replacement parts shipped to us. Definitely will purchase from them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks. Wonderful customer service that's hard to find nowadays.

First off, auxbeam just has great products in general; they have never given me a problem.

Also the support team is great very quick response time, and get issues sorted out quick.

I had a set of their 4.5 xp ultra lights which are amazingly bright and they sadly got water behind the lenses and I submitted a warranty claim with pictures and no further questions asked or trouble they sent me out another pair. Love their products best bang for your buck and great customer service!

I have ordered multiple different sets of lights from Ms. Dorthy & she always provides great customer service. Anytime I have an issue which is rarely she has been awesome help. My last set of headlights I bought I had some problems with & with no questions asked, she sent me out a new complete upgraded set & so far they have been working flawlessly. I will continue to purchase all of my LED headlights through Aux Beam “AKA, Ms. Dorthy”especially with this kind of customer service which is a rare thing anymore! Keep doing a great job & know that your customers appreciate you!

I purchased 3 sets H7, 9005, & H1. The lamps arrived quickly. True 1:1 lamp size to original bulbs. Light output on all 3 sets is fantastic. I purchased th GX Bicolor H7, is fantastic in fog and rain. Wish I had got the H1 Bicolor. Had an issue with a H7, and replacements are on the way. Would purchase again.

Some of the best customer service I had had in a long time! Ordered a kit highs, lows and fogs for a 2014 ram rt. Had some issues with the heights not fitting in the housing even with extended covers and fogs where flickering. They where quick to make it right and get a different style bulb sent for the highs and a canbus/anti flicker harness sent out for the fogs. Can’t ask for any better service. I’ll defiantly be back for the rest of my led conversation when I’m ready to did into that project.

Sunbeams customer service is out of the ball park they are wonderful and have good quality and are very easy to install.

The quality of their pods and control boards is top notch and their customer service doesn’t fall farm from the tree. Their team assisted me with a minor defect in quick time and came to a solution swiftly. I strongly recommend aux beam and their gear to wrap up that build!
