My experience was the first day I tasted AU Mango Vodka it was so good that I had too more it was cool and refreshing, I found your product so deliciously awesome that I've brought several over the last few weeks and intending on buying more. Definitely a class above the rest.

As described and quick delivery - 5*

Ordered on Friday for next day delivery on Saturday for the match. Paid the extra postage and ordered before the cut off.
Item has still not been received and still doesn't look to have been shipped.
I've been in touch and asked for my money back but haven't had any confirmation this will happen. They haven't even offered to refund the postage.
Their AI messages have a much nicer tone than their human interactions.
I don't think I'll bother with them again.
Edit- having read their recent reviews I will definitely not be ordering again and I'm getting ready to involve my bank to get my money back. I'm also excited about the prospect of being offered a fiver voucher that I'll never use because I've asked them to remove all of my details from their systems 🙄

I have ordered a 4x AU products. One was a gold shaker. On the website it has actual logo on it ,but when it arrived it had no logo and locked very cheap. Contacted AU and when i say it was hard to return it and get actual label i mean it was hard . Felt like a impossible task ,not to mention i had to drive 3 miles to return it. My return have been delivered days ago and still no refund. We are organising AU party and everyone buying 4x items each,at no point was i offered replacement, only £5 credit online if i keep the item. The item that looked nothing like the one online. Party is this weekend and i have no refund and no shaker. The customer services communication is not what i would expect when the mistake is on their side.

Bottle was a mess and customer service was appalling, just kept getting the same email to whatever I asked.

I love AU vodka it's smooth texture makes it easy to drink & I love all the different flavours. I have tried a good few but not them all YET.

Delivery box was completely smashed. Courier obviously couldn't read the fragile label. So dissapointed.

Delivery times were way out. Ordered for a specific occasion which came and went and my order had not even been dispatched. I contacted the company and miraculously my order was now ready - if I had been able to cancel, I would have. Product is now for sale for much less in Home Bargains - direct is not always best.

It’s just amazing how it’s packaged so gently and lively tasting I love the vodka and the flavours have made it so much better
