Company was easy to communicate with. Mick arrived on time (within three minutes, even though we'd ask to change the appointment time just the day before) and was really friendly. Fixed our broken electrical connection with our shed quickly. Put in a new PIR front light, which works a dream and looks great. Even sourced a new light fitting, when we hadn't explained that we wanted to change the light fitting, not just add PIR. Brilliant. Good price. Would use again.

The service I have received has always been delivered in a timely a efficient manner and within budget unless notified of necessary changes to the scope.

Needed an electrician to resolve a problem that had been identified at previous landlord electrical safety check, resulting in disabling of some power outlets. Approached the contractor who did that check several times - no response. It also reminded me that, when the check was done, I had to chase to get the formal paperwork from him.

Found Autumn Electrical through a review site - very different experience from the get-go. Seems like it is a family business. It runs very professionally and costs have been reasonable. Customer communications have been clear and timely, even when it required them to liaise with tenant. Work was done on time and tenant happy with end result. Very appreciative - would readily use them again when required.

We had a problem with intermittent tripping of electricity for a number of years in our Edwardian house. Autumn Electrical found the fault and undertook repairs and other safety work as well as recommending future works to the wider electrics if we wanted to follow up. Power, and ethernet, was also run down to our summer house. All work was excellent and Michael and the team kept us informed throughout. Friendly service and took care to clean up afterwards. Would use again and highly recommend.

Autumn Electrical Services carried out various works (a new consumer unit; lights; sockets; smoke alarm; EICR, etc. They were a pleasure to work with. All work was undertaken to a very high standard. Michael and Samantha were very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and the workmanship was meticulous. We would have no trouble recommending them to others, and would happily use them again ourselves.

New sockets fitted in cupboard. Excellent job and even did the fitting of the charger for me. Really great value and service.

Got a good quote from Autumn for some work fitting new socket and checking lights. Was worried about a couple of other issues but they explained I didn't need to do extra work to that, which gave me great confidence in them. Excellent staff. Arrived on time. Cleared up perfectly. Brilliant. I'd use again.

Completed the work early, perfectly with no mess. Changing the wiring and fittings for spotlights in 3 rooms). Friendly and professional, highly recommended.
