Excellent in every way. I cannot fault my experience with Autumn and May. Great communication and the Kit Heath necklace I ordered for my Goddaughter arrived on time and was exactly as described.

Lovely 5-star service!
I brought a few of my very old earrings, which I now want to give to my little girl, to Autumn & May to fix. Isaac at A&M fixed them for me and he refused to charge me anything because he said it was very easy for him to do. They have very lovely pieces in the shop. I will bring my little girl there to pick something new for herself soon.

Great and efficient customer service
Great and efficient customer service! We only had to wait a few minutes before being looked after, despite the shop being manned by only one person.
I was quite impressed by how he was able to guess the band size I ended up buying just by looking at it!
Me and my partner both found relatively quickly wedding bands that we liked and we bought the option to have them engraved
Would recommend! Located in the lovely greenwich market

Best jewellery shop in London
Autumn and May are a lovely shop with excellent customer service. Issac helped me with jewellery repairs and understood exactly what I wanted. I didn't need to pay for my broken gold chain repair and eventually it was changed to the new and thicker one. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Ring size alteration
I took a precious ring to be re- sized. Ten days later I had a ring that looked liked new. A perfect fit and beautifully cleaned. A friendly and professional service - also very good value.

Excellent Wedding Ring Jewellery Shop.
Always wanted to get our wedding rings from Greenwich, Autumn and May was recommended by my partners friends. We went to the shop to take a look, a gentleman served was a jewellery Wikipedia, explained the wedding ring design shapes nice and easily, walk us through the metal options. We heard that Palladium was better than gold in terms daily use with reasonable price, but the guy recommended Platinum is a Premium metal and its price was low (when we order) in comparison with Palladium. Its great to say that we have two beautiful wedding rings which we now can’t wait to wear (soon soon darling). Getting the Rings from a local jeweller is the right thing to do, they managed to polish my engagement ring and it is so sparkle now like brand new! Would highly recommend this shop in Greenwich.
