Easy to arrange an appointment for my oven repair. Barry the engineer arrived on time and was able to find the fault and repair quickly and effectively. Would use Auto wash again.

We maintain a fleet of highly experienced service engineers backed up by an efficient in-house call centre which allows us to quickly respond to any appliance "emergency". We cover most of Kent 6 days a week and carry out many repairs for insurance companies, local councils, letting agents, housing associations, school and local charities.

Amazing Work

Terry was a polite and amazing engineer, got the job done quickly and efficiently as well. Cannot fault a thing with him and now my device is back up and running :)

Autowash Steve was great

Steve was honest, straight forward and easy to get on with. Explained clearly the situation and what would happen next. Wish all repair guys are more like this. Will happily use Autowash again, over the larger companies who have been useless.

Excellent service

Customer service from making the first phone call was really good. Callout was less than 48 hours. Barry was pleasant efficient and fixed my cooker in less than half an hour. Callout fees and parts are reasonable, all-round great service provided.

Great service

Great service! Engineer Barry was efficient, professional and very helpful. The heating element was fitted quickly and the kitchen left clean and tidy.
