Easy to deal with and quick turnaround

excellent communication for the repair off my item

I was kept informed at every stage. The technician fitted a good key case free of charge so that I wouldn't have to wait while a new one was ordered. I won't be able to test the key until I return to the car in France in February but I was assured that, if necessary, I could report a fault even though the 90-day period would have expired. Excellent service.

Very straightforward dealing and good value

Delighted with Autotronics, they kept me aware of progress with repair to my Honda Satnav disc reader fault, all estimates were accurate and whole job guaranteed. I am happy to recommend Autotronics.

I am a tech with 40 years experience and sent
a Vw transporter Airbag ECU sent for diagnostic check charged me plus all my postage telling me nothing wrong with the unit. spent many more hours looking for obvious problems in the vehicle had to send it to the main agents where they replaced the ECU and now is all well and good. I would strongly advise do not bother using this company

Superb service although the work took a little longer than anticipated due to incompatible part ordered( 14 days) Happy that I got my van back on th road and the lcd display working as it should. Overall great service, perhaps updating the online service screen to keep customer up to date with any delays in work being carried out although very good when i called them. Would use again no problem.

Never heard of this place before, but I had no choice but really giving it a go😅 it was reasonable price(JUST a bit less price than £150 including delivery) and it was fairly quick!
happy with 2 years long guarantee too!
hopefully I shouldn't need to come back so soon, but if I need to, will choose here!

Excellent service. They diagnosed a fault with the ecu as I had suspected and fixed it in a very prompt timeframe. Re- fitted today and car started again.

My yaris instrument cluster was on the blink.After major surgery @ Autotrroncs all is now working fine.

Auto tronics defo a top class company ...sent my ford focus mk2 cluster instrument clocks to them by dhl on tuesday and recieved back today (friday) and mechanic fitted back into car and everything works perfect. From recieving my part auto tronics kept me posted all the way till i got the part back..highly recommend .thankyou
