Don't buy from overseas! Terrible experience.
I bought a red start/stop button for ~29$, and ~40$ shipping were added. Fair enough, I thought, tariffs and all. When the package arrived in Germany I found the vendor had NOT paid the import dues, and I had to pay another 70€ to get it. Customer service explained that they'd take the part back at a discount and were unhelpful otherwise.
The button itself is ok, the backlight is lower though than the original.

Just: plain avoid this dealer, especially buying from Europe

I oredered an ind badge from webshop. After a few days I recived an e-mail that the badge will cost more due the parts are more expensive now. I rejected to pay more what I already did. They didn’t care and rejected to send me the stuff I already paid. Very-very bad customer experience. Never again.

I have ordered a Dry Carbon Fiber Competition Trunk Spoiler for my F87. It was a perfect fit and looks nice.

I ordered a carbon fiber trim piece in matte for my 2015 BMW M3. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks to complete, It took about 14 weeks. I get the item, and the quality was not that great and the idrive button didnt even fit inside the trim piece nicely. So I returned it, and they are ignoring my emails now to get a refund. They said a refund was sent but that is not true, my bank said nothing has been credited back to me at all and my statements show no credits at all.

I bourget a set of shift paddels for my BMW F06 M6 competition from 2016
First I was surprised the hardware supplied didn't fit my car. then I noticed that there was a fault on the left shift paddle. I contacted the company, first they would give me a discount of 10% of the price. I didn't think this would help because I would simply just like to return my purchase. then they stopped replying to my emails. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

The products are alright, but mostly sourced from China and clearly not completely assembled in the USA.
My mirror caps even have chinese stickers on them.
