The seat covers were as expected, fit great, look great, not too tricky to install. My only reason for not giving a five star review was the time it took for them to arrive vs what was stated when I ordered. It was close to 11 weeks for arrival once the order was placed. Would definitely order again with the knowledge of how long it takes to come in. Order updates would also be nice. After the first few weeks they went silent.

The quality matches the price. It is worth the protection without losing what makes your vehicle looking good. It did take longer than six weeks to come in, however it was worth the wait. Highly recommend to anyone.

I was kept informed of each production step that my seat covers went through. I was also notified about any issues that came up with the making of my seat covers

The covers are amazing and fit perfectly. The quality is top notch. The design turned out exactly like I requested. Production took a little longer than expected but in the end I couldn't be happier with the result. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely in love with my seat covers, shipping and production took a little long but for this quality I’m ecstatic. They fit perfectly, look like they’re my actual seats, great communication with company. Would recommend 10 out of 10

Tried putting the seat covers on 1.5 just for 1 seat the stiching is good. Two of the seat bottoms are missing the hooks so have to figure out how to get them hooked without pulling the string through. So much for quality control. The two front seat bottoms are missing marked the passenger side says driver. Not worth the money I paid and the extended wait time. I want to return these.

After many, many pictures, our seat covers don’t fit. Even the headrests are wrong. Ugggg…

I ordered seat covers for my 2026 Ram Mega Cab, but out of the seats they sent me, only the front seats fit properly. After trying to fix the issue, they kept asking for pictures and promised to get it fixed, but they never did. They just stopped replying.

First off, these seat covers are amazing! The quality is outstanding, and the custom work on the headrest covers is absolutely the bomb. They look fantastic and really exceeded my expectations.

That said, I gave them 3 stars because it took three and a half months to receive my order, which was much longer than expected. When the package finally arrived, the thread included for the steering wheel cover was black instead of the green thread that matches the stitching on the seat covers. I have emailed them about the issue but have yet to receive a response.

The product itself is excellent, but the long wait time and the incorrect thread color were disappointing.

Took a little while to finally get after initial purchase but worth the wait. Came out amazing and look great in the care. Quality is great.

I have a 2023 Nissan. The front seats are excellent and very comfortable. However, the rear seats have serious problems.

The rear hatch seat is misaligned at three points. In addition, when I opened the rear seat console, I noticed that part of it was missing and incomplete. The rear seating area looks horrible and completely unacceptable.

Because of these issues, I would like to return it. I am very disappointed with the quality.

The order process was also extremely slow. It took four months to arrive, and the customer service was poor and lacking support throughout the process.

I will not purchase from this company again for my other vehicle. I will look for other companies in Canada instead of buying from a company based in the UK.

Loved the seat covers! Fitment was great on front seats not bad on the backseat but not great. Overall I'm very happy. Custom embroidery on headrests was excellent!

The quality and fit of the seat covers is excellent.

The product is great. It’s truly beautiful. However, they should be more honest with the delivery time and following up. And also, they should create a custom video for installing the cover seats for each vehicle because it was not the easiest to figure out.

Just finished putting the seat covers on they went on smoothly and look great. Very high quality seat covers. Definitely took a good amount of time for them to show up but they are well worth the wait.

Communication and customization was great! The finished product was amazing!

The entire experience was horrible from the expected delivery date to the communication. Lucky the product was very well made. I personally will never use them again just because of all the crap that happened

When I ordered the seat covers, you guys were in constant contact including needing pics to ensure the layout of the interior. Spot on with fit and finish and was pleasantly surprised of the quality. The seat covers went in without any issues, very satisfied and already have neighbors and friends wanting to know were I purchased them. Thank you for the great product and service!!!!
