Never ever use this company , they treating bad and have no respect for customers , they are rude and always try to keep your vehicle longer to make money . They telling police to not release the vehicle even when you have a right documents . I showed finance documents and invoice as proof as ownership still they are not happy so i am waiting for v5 , so never ever use and come contact bh this crap company
Do not use this company or drive but any of there trucks.
One of there workers crashed into my range over last week, drive off through red lights, tried multiple times to pull them over, he only stopped because my partner came and blocked him in. No wellfare to me. He’s manage Glenn said “he’s not the brights spark” and apologised on he’s behalf.
With over £2,000 of damage leaving me to pay.
