Very bad experience with the counter…

Very bad experience with the counter lady Alisha in Almere. Was treated rudely while trying to rent a car and this lady didn’t even bother to listen and understand what I was asking. 0% customer satisfactory, service quality & skills, this kind of attitude shouldn’t be in front of the customers at all. Didn’t even want to accept that she made a mistake with the reservation and wants to go around it. I will never ever come back here.
