Slow delivery of 2 tyres in 2 separate…

Slow delivery of 2 tyres in 2 separate times. I received several emails that I had not paid, but I had. After several emails and 1.5 weeks wait I finally received the tyres. But again received an email that I had not paid and that they would cancel the order?? Strange and unorganised. Never again

Everything went fine

I ordered 4 car tires from AutoPink (via Check24) and I was really worried when I checked Trustpilot and saw the many negative review here.
Fortunately everything went fine: It was delivered in 3 days, so really fast & all the products were in perfect condition ✅
(Regardless, I wouldn't dare to order from here again because maybe I was just lucky..
I don’t know..)

I placed my order on Nov 15th

I placed my order on Nov. 15 on the basis of the website's guarantee of shipping orders "within" 2-4 days. A day later, I received an e-mail advising of a delay "due to higher-than-normal order activity" of max. 4-5 days. I called Autopink's helpdesk on Nov. 19 on order to have some planning information, and was told that the tires would ship that day or the next. Now, a week later, since I had received no e-mail confirmation of the shipment, I called back. First, the operator tried to fib me off with the previous "today or tomorrow", but when told that this is what they had said a week ago, admitted that they have no way of verifying orders and shipments - they can only solicit. It is extremely disappointing that one of the biggest tyre-sellers in Europe (Autopink Shop belongs to Delticom AG in Germany) is surprised that there is an increase in orders for winter tires in November, and even more so that they have no idea when they will be able to ship product they say they have in stock even 10 days after receiving orders, and payment. A bad experience.
