Tires ordered on October 29, 2024. I was supposed to receive them on November 11, 2024, but they never arrived. Multiple attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. The company does not respond to emails. You can wait on hold on their phone line for up to 4 hours and still not get through. After about 3 weeks, I used the chargeback option through my bank. Once the bank refunded my money, the company suddenly contacted me, stating that due to logistical reasons, they could not deliver the tires. I am not the first person to be treated this way. They likely advertise low tire prices but then fail to deliver because they have to pay more to their supplier. Scammers and fraudsters. If it weren’t for the chargeback, I would have had to go to the police, as there’s no way to get in touch with the company. Never again with this company—if you see a low price, it’s better to pay a bit more and avoid this company entirely.
