AUTODOC. DE service

I bought all break pad fro my Mercedes from AUTODOC.DE and all product were wrong. The automatic part selection system in AUTODOC.DE offered those parts (I double checked) and all code labels on the packages were right, but product were useless. I tried to get my money back, but no success. They said it is too late. Packages and product were flawless, like new ones.

P*SS POOR PACKAGING PERFORMANCE

I bought 10 injector seals (small washers) weighing approx 10 grams. They would have all fitted easily in an egg cup with room to spare.
I received the items in good time, in a large shoe box, stuffed with paper to make up the excess space.
For the enjoyment of receiving unneccesary extra paper packaging and large box I was charged £8.50.

More joy, and a five star experience would have been had if I had received a 'large letter' and been charged accordingly - I imagine that would have cost around £2-3 at most.

Where in the process did the difference of the extra £6 of value occur for the customer?

Bad customer service

I purchased a car cover from autopartsmarket March 2020 with lifetime warranty. I have contacted them 2 times thru e-bay for replacement with no response. Trying to send Advance Parts a message to see if they can help. There is no customer service number. I have spent 1 hour sending messages also to Advance Parts who sells for Autopartsmarketon e-bay.

RIP Your company will be severly missed…

RIP Your company will be severly missed. Good website, fast delivery and lots of parts. I hate to have to buy from the German company with a hundred names and bloated websites with no or erratic data about parts and cars

shut down/acess denied/bankrupt/tax fraud

After ordering in early november I got a refund. I tried accessing their webpage: "access denied". I start messaging them on facebook and after they read my message the facebook page got removed.

Looking at firmas.lv or lursoft or other lithuanian company look-up sites the company has been shut down and has over 10 000 eur in tax debts.

Not sure if they were bought by another company, went bankrupt or just did too much tax fraud

Defective Car Cover

I purchased a car cover on eBay in April. One of the features, and the main reason I made the purchase, was because it came with a lifetime warranty. The cover began disintegrating within weeks of use. I have only used it intermittently and the climate where I live is very moderate.
It is now October and the Winter rains are on the way. This cover, also represented as 'waterproof' is not going to hold up to that claim. Put simply, it is crap!
I've asked for a refund three times and Autopartsmarket has yet to respond. So, not only is the product defective, so is the company!

Absolutly no understanding for costumer service

I try´d to be nice, regarding the delivery I received. They send what they have and not what you order. When you call them, they do not answer the phone. When you want the right stuff you ordered, they tell you (e-mail) to return the faulty goods at your own cost, even though they f..... up the order. I cannot recommend anybody buying anything from them. Sorry to say, but they do not belong at the autoparts market. I lost approx. 300 Euro at that deal. Do not buy anything from them. Be sure that the 5 stars they have on this site, comes from their own staff.
