STAY AWAY!!! They are wrong and me I must pay STARE ALLA LARGA!!! Loro sbagliano e tu dovresti pagare
Purchased brake pads and wiper blades, products from them indicated as fit to my car.
Brake pads too big, wiper blades too and not corresponding to what is indicated in the packaging.
They say I must send to the sender (Germany) paying the transport costs. The call center closes the call prematurely and by mail answer is always the same, just change the operator.
Pay attention: they have a lot of sites, they have a different name but they are always the same seller
Acquistato pastiglie freno e spazzole tergicristallo, prodotti da loro indicati come adatti alla mia auto.
Pastiglie freno troppo grandi spazzole di dimensioni errate che non corrispondono neppure a quanto indicato nell'imballo.
A loro dire io dovrei spedire al mittente (Germania) pagando le spese di trasporto. Il call center chiude la telefonata anzitempo e la risposta a mezzo mail è sempre la stessa, cambia solo l'operatore.
Attenzione: hanno un sacco di siti web con nome diverso ma si tratta dello stesso venditore.
