Anyone thinking of using this company should avoid at all costs if one of their staff members is anything to go by. One of their staff driving a van with clear Automatic Alarms livery over it clearly doesn't have the qualifications to drive nevermind having the qualifications to work for the company due to their lack of due care and attention nearly crashing into the front of my car as I was aproaching Carr Road from Park Avenue in Nelson, Lancashire near Burnley. A middle aged man, slightly balded and wearing glasses with an ascent not sounding local was driving and decided to come speeding around the corner from Carr Road into Park Avenue without any control or even indication. He then felt it was appropriate to stop the van and begin swearing out of the window blocking other motorists behind him. He appeared to have a ecigarette in one hand and was likely drugged hence no awareness whatsoever, it would also explain why there was no indication and it's likely only one hand was on the steering wheel. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Had my house alarmed by this company, the engineer was very polite and tidy and the system they installed is the best one by far that I have ever had.

We have been a customer of automatic Alarms since the installation of our alarm system in 1991. In all that time they have always provided an excellent and reliable service. Whenever there has been a problem it was immediately sorted with a most efficient and pleasant response. in every department the staff and engineers at Automatic are always a pleasure to deal with.

Michael was brilliant, as usual. Our new extinguishers were put up in no time.

I booked my annual maintenance. The engineer was very experienced and went through all the checks meticulously and methodically.. I asked a question about the outside box and he brought his ladders and checked that as well! Safe pair of hands!

Great experience, had a full burglar alarm installed in my new house. They were so clean, quick and quiet whilst working. Set everything up, shown me the app on my phone and its been the best alarm i've ever had. I've got them coming back to install some CCTV on the house as well.
