I have 69K in a managed account-looks like a total loss!

I have 69K, plus change, tied up in the platform of Automata FX under the guise of a 'Managed Account'. I have been trying to withdraw my money since December 2019. I have received all the excuses under the sun for their failure to give me my funds. I received the same letter from Joseph Nemeth, the one identified in a previous complaint on this platform, but I doubt that the proffered pay-out, identified in that missive, will materialise. Many emails have been sent by me and responded to by 'Client Care', it would seem that their continued statement of "...all is well..." was/is nothing but lies. Client care no longer respond and have not done so since late February 2022, all mail is bouncing back and I am now unable to log-in to the Automata website.

If anyone knows how to recover money from these fraudsters, please let me know.

I have 40K Eur locked into an RM…

I have 40K Eur locked into an RM account on this platform. I cant withdraw my funds since Jan. of 2020 over a banking issue that wouldnt be resolved. I'm not gonna see my funds again, if anybody can help please reach out to me.

This is the last e-mail i got from Automatafx's CEO:

Hello Mr. ...,

First of all, I'd like to apologize for a short delay in the response to your email. I have been dealing with unexpected health issues combined with business challenges brought on by the unprecedented global events.

Second, I would also like to apologize for the delay in your withdrawal. We will be processing your withdrawal as soon as we are able, pending the resolution of a banking issue that has temporarily disabled our company's ability to use online wire transfers.

In October of last year, due to new banking regulations, limiting US banks doing business with offshore business entities, our banks in the US closed Automata's bank accounts. This has forced us to open new bank accounts outside of the US. As with every brand new bank account of an offshore business entity, however, we had initial maximum monthly wire transfer limits. Unfortunately, due to an unusually large number of client panic withdrawals during this COVID-19 pandemic, we have exceeded this maximum, which resulted in our wire transfer privileges being suspended. Under normal circumstances, this would not be a problem, however, the current COVID-19 worldwide crisis, resulting in industry wide shutdowns, travel restrictions (particularly for people travelling from the US), etc., have made travel impossible, and, for security reasons, the banking situation can only be resolved in person. I hope, this will be possible in the next few weeks. We experienced a similar situation 3 years ago when our banks in Europe also closed our bank accounts. We were able to fix this situation in about 3 months. However, we did not have to deal with a worldwide virus pandemic at that time.

Being a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines has many advantages. For starters, as an offshore company, we do not have to follow rigid financial regulations which would otherwise prohibit us from producing the types of results we produce. On the other hand, there are certain disadvantages and being subject to unfriendly banking regulations is one of them. Our clients realize that and understand that in exchange for extraordinary results there may be temporary inconveniences to deal with from time to time, such as this one. This is not something that hasn't happened before and will be resolved as soon as reasonably possible.

Again, I do apologize for this inconvenience, and we will notify you as soon as there are positive developments with this unexpected and certainly unfortunate issue, which is caused by events out of our control. I can personally assure you that you will not lose any funds in this process, but I would like to ask for a little more patience while we work the best we can to resolve this matter.

Sincerely,

Joseph Nemeth
Managing Director
