Good with one caveat
So it’s a good system. It uses motor for it diagrams and procedures, which is not comprehensive but for maintenance it is good enough. My only caveat to this being a five star is it does not have a pay overtime option as far as I can tell for its payment integrations.

Overall the experience was what was expected. Talia however is an absolute all star. Personable, and willing to help at anytime. We have a lot going on and Talia kept us in check and got us to where we needed.
She answered every question right away, connected us with any resource we needed, and remained patient through the whole process.

Working with AutoLeap is great
Working with AutoLeap has been wonderful. The system works great, the integrations save an incredible amount of time, and really even thought that has to go into every end of general operations for my shop and really any shop. Every time I've had a concern, or a question because I needed guidance on a specific feature of the system, I was able to reach out to my implementation specialist, or even use the help tab right in the system and got a fast, and intuitive response that helped with my concern, overall my experience has been 10/10 and I would recommend any shop to use AutoLeap if they're just starting out, or want their software to do more for them.

Onboarding specialist makes learning AutoLeap so much easier!
AutoLeap was a little overwhelming at first, but once I started using it and having regular meetings with the onboarding specialist, Talia, I learned it quickly. Talia was so great! She is incredibly knowledgeable about AutoLeap, and had an answer for almost every question I had. I was able to run different scenarios by her and she had several different solutions. Our business will definitely be better because of AutoLeap!
