Cowboys
Just had the full windscreen replaced after this company came out twice to clear the windshield of debris from a paintwork job on a rear panel (the car was left covered). Apparently despite visiting twice specifically to the windshield, there's no chance they could have done this damage to a brand new car. Now pursuing further through the ombudsman & trading standards as they hung up on us and sent a blunt email. (Picture of how bad this was can be seen on Google review)

Further to our recent communications and your telephone conversation with Bertie earlier this week.
Although we appreciate that your car windscreen is showing signs of damage, and that this is frustrating and upsetting for you, understandably, having reviewed all your photos, videos and our conversations, and having discussed this situation with our technicians, and in particular the Valeter that came to you on Tuesday 1st October to clean what was purely a fluid type substance and NOT scratches, which was cleaned using only purpose made glass cleaner and soft cloths, I’m afraid we cannot determine how the scratches on your windscreen were caused and do not believe they were caused by us and were not present on the 1st October when we came to you.
You have on a number of occasions mentioned to us that the scratches were not present before the 1st October and as mentioned, we have only used purpose made glass cleaner & cloths to clean the smears. We fully inspected our van, and taken steps to ensure that on the 1st October no other equipment that could have potentially scratched the glass was used and we cannot see any way possible that the scratches in your glass were caused by anything our company has done.
Furthermore, you have mentioned that the scratches were not present since our original body repair of the car which took place on 20th August and almost two months have passed since this time which surely would be ample time for the scratches to have been visible prior to 1st October.
Our repair to your car was on the rear door, which is a considerable distance from the windscreen, In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the nature and shape of the scratches on your windscreen. The scratches are circular in shape, and not in keeping with the shape and diameter that a window wiper would make, so if the scratches were caused by grit or dirt from the wipers the shape and size would be much different.
With all this being said, we cannot see how it is at all possible that the damage on your glass was caused by us, and we are very sorry you have this problem and if there was any doubt in our mind whatsoever, we would be more than willing to rectify the issue. We know you feel strongly that the damage was caused by us but there is no evidence that points to this, and we cannot draw conclusions that in the absence of actual evidence, it must have been us that caused the damage.
Our company has been providing services for almost 20 years and we take customer service and our responsibility very seriously, and if on a rare occasion we have a job go wrong or a problem arises, we have always acted with the utmost integrity.
Although we appreciate there are scratches on your glass and this is very upsetting for you, and wish you did not have this upset, we cannot see how we can assist you further in this situation.

Victor's the guy! Was prompt and very professional. I was initially dubious given my Audi A5's brand new, but after a leap of faith, he did such an amazing job on my grazed alloy, I can't tell where the issue originally was! Would definitely use again - if in a spot of bother!

Don't make the mistake I made with this outfit
Fooled by glossy on line claims and 5* Trustpilot reviews, I booked at home refurbishment of the diamond cut alloys on my mercedes believing that the work will be done on a lathe but was dismayed on arrival of workman, in a hired van, that he was going to hand sand and polish instead! I turned him away and lost my £30 deposit.

Audi wheel refurb
Had Joe over to refurb my Audi wheels. He was held up and messaged to let me know he'd be a little late but still got there earlier than I expected. Was glad he let me know ahead of time tho.
After a brief chat he was already well underway in the time it took the kettle to boil.
Had it wrapped up in great time and to a great standard.
