Easy process and friendly team.
Talked to the owner Max and was offered much more than what the dealership was going to pay to trade in our Nissan Altima with over 400,000 kms. They were able to arrange for pick up the next day at 1pm. Bernard was right on time, quick to do the paperwork and very nice to deal with. Easy process and friendly team.

Martin was completely honest with the part I needed along with the prompt shipping of it. The OEM ECM is working awesome in the car. This price was also excellent, as we all know how much a new ECM really costs. I will definitely call Auto Heaven again for future needs.

Thanks for your review Richard. Given that we are small facility, we often do not remove large parts like the truck bed you picked up ahead of time.
This is often done to ensure that the part does not get damaged while sitting off the truck. While we appreciate your critisism of our operations, unfortunately there are certain procedures in place to ensure the part you pre-paid remains in the same condition as described at the time of payment.
Pre-paying for an item does not always warrant removal of the part for the reasons above. Our top priority is to prevent damage.
We expedited the removal process of the truck bed you upon your arrival, which only had you wait a short period of time.

A Highly Recommended 5-STAR Auto Recycler
Price was very good on a used Chevy Rear Bumper. Upon pick-up, I noticed that the side clips were damaged, making installation far more complicated and time consuming.
However, Auto Heaven was extremely understanding of the situation, and refunded a good portion of the bumper price because of this.
I have only the highest regard for this Auto Recycler. You can definitely trust Auto Heaven.
I highly recommend this 5-STAR company.

Hi Tony, thank you for your review. I've looked into your file and it seems that the driver was correct in offering you a lesser amount as it was directed by the office after seeing your vehicle.
As you would see in the email quote, we mention that our quotes are given for vehicles with original catalytic converters. Your vehicles bottom catalytic converter has been photographed and sent to us for verification by the driver.
After checking, the catalytic converter turned out to be aftermarket. We present the findings to our customers, at which point it is your decision to accept the offer or decline in, which in this case you have rightfully declined.
