This is 100% a legitimate scam.

I was contacted through telegram by "Moderator Desk" Stating that I would be able to use this site in order to fix the issues with my NEAR Transfer (It was just taking a lot longer than expected.) He advised that if I went to this link and scrolled down to "Rectification" I would be able to import my wallet information and then scan the QR code with my wallet to validate the information.

I research scams like this for a website that I am currently working on myself so I can say that it is 100% a scam and they are just trying to get you to put all of your wallet information into their site so that they are able to steal anything that you might have left in there. No legitimate website would ever ask you to do such things.

Once I had informed the man that had contacted me and advised him that I research and call out scams like that for a living, he deleted the entire chat between us on telegram and has yet to respond again. People like to pray on those that are having issues with a blockchain so just know that no moderator would ever send you private message without at least letting you know that they are or they will ask you to send them a message.
