The avatars that you create are the wrong size to be uploaded. You get an error message from the system that tells you that their generated image is the wrong size and can't be used. Also, the automated voices are not life like, sound very much like a computer and are jecky.

I do not rate this app or this company, there are many alternatives that are much much cheaper. They are aggressive and get you to sign a big contract but don’t tell you that it only works if you have a shaded area to take photos, if not, the picture look horrendous but by which point, they have you signed on a contract. On pointing out that it has lost us business (customers have commented that they think the pics are bad), they become threatening, best avoided

I set up 20 accounts to run script ai the same time but some accounts did not run. I contacted support to fix bug. I aprreciate the support team.

It seem like something don't work and I have contacted support team. I got support and problem solved and I'm satisfied with it. They should periodically check the tool.
