Awfull experience

Horrible experience, non transparent prices, lousy service and cooperation with Interrent that shouldn´t be allowed to run business. Tried to contact the Danish number 5 times, it took for ages and I never ended up speaking Danish....
Not realistisc to get a policereport for minor scratches that only Interrent can see (under the car). They said point blank: you probably didn´t do it, but it is your responsability to check every inch of the car when you sig the contract (apparaently also underneath!!).
This is discount at its worst!

Great prices

Great prices, but no direct booking but search and request and wait for answer.
Also you have to wait for the machine to search between each alterations you make.

Why not instant accept/offer?

I hardly understand why driving to Kosovo/Pristina and Macodonia/Skopje from Albania should require further considerations before accepting the rental. Not least since I have:
- not chosen the two cheaper companies
- chosen full insurance package
- my booking is backed by a Mastercard Platinum

Så snart man foretager en ændring i sin booking, også selvom det blot drejer sig om tilføjelser, så skal det noteres i voucheren og samtidig godkendes af leverandøren. Det er ikke alle leverandører som godtager kørsel i andre lande, og i nogle tilfælde skal føreren af bilen "godkendes". Det tager naturligvis mere tid end blot et enkelt klik, hvilket er beklageligt, men sådan er proceduren desværre.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Wanted to hire a car domestically for a trip in Denmark. Used Autoeurope as they offered competitive rates. Unfortunately, they do not mention anywhere in the important information that their rates are not for Danish residents only buried in the terms and conditions. As a result, I was left without a car and out of pocket and having to make other arrangements at short notice. When I contacted customer service they showed they had my money and didn't really care. So will not be going anywhere near them again.

Cheap

Cheap, easy to select a car. It will be a big help if you make it passable to decide the fuel type.
