I used it while navigating the website was kind of counter intuitive, once I figured it out and was able to use the AI, I found that I was actually super helpful! I was looking at a 2025 BMW IX XDRIVE50 salvage title with front end damage, and I was estimating around $50,000 (granted I'm new to Copart) and after putting it into the AI, its estimate was actually around $43,000 and it gave me all the cheapest links to the parts I needed and was really easy to access everything! I'd say there is a learning curve and the price isn't the cheapest but if you've been in the business or are just starting this is a HUGE innovation.
