They have not delivered the item despite advertising 2 day delivery. It has now been over one week. I have contacted them 5 times and sent the emails to 3 different addresses. They have 0 customer support.

Don't buy from this crowd , 0 customer service must have some level of entitlement from this province

Purchased car parts, they sent the wrong ones, no answer to 4 emails, 2 phone calls... nothing.
Their website boasts of their commitment to customer service, as does the message that you get when they never answer the phone.
Then I read the dismal reviews here...
I got suckered.

Ordered a Tonneau cover from them and only took 2 days to arrive. The product was exactly as described and fit my Tundra perfectly. They were by far the cheapest price I could find and would order from them again

I have been trying to return an item for 2 months. They do not monitor their emails or their phone. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls with no reply. It is as if they do not monitor them. I am afraid now I will be stuck with this truck accessory that I do not want. Do not order from this site if you expect any kind of customer service.

Issue Details:
Extang Solid Fold ALX Hard Folding Tonneau Cover - Nissan Frontier 6' Bed
I feel I completely wasted $1500 on this tonneau cover that does not fit, has some poorly designed parts, poorly assembled, it is not functioning properly and will break very soon. Before I provide a negative review I provide you with the opportunity to correct the issue.
The problems are:
1. it is at least one inch too short of the bed length. If I barely set the front gasket on top of the truck bed the back has a gap and vice versa.
2. cover quick connects exterior latches touch the cab if the tonneau cover front gasket is positioned to barely seal on top of the truck box.
3. panel closest to the cab stays lifted (gap) on the cab side even though the clamps are tight. It appears that there is a high spot where the clamps are located preventing the panel gaskets to compress.
4. one aluminum frame has been deformed and crushed during assembly
5. articulation between second and third panel at back is poor and there is resistance and deformation of plastics when closing. It appears that there is a stress point on both sides. It seems it will break soon.

Clearly Auto EQ is a scam. They confirm they have stock, charge your credit card and never ship the product. After 7 emails, 3 messenger requests and a phone# that is not real. Over 30 days and nothing. Bank contacted to charge back the credit card charge.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered May 1. Got an email the next day saying the last one was gone from the warehouse, did I want to wait. Had to email them three times in June and threaten to cancel the order in the last email to get an update. Allegedly the item was coming in the next day and it would be shipped. A few days later a waybill was created but they never shipped anything as I have spoken with the courier and they never picked that order up. Now almost two weeks later I have no answers. I've emailed them (yet again) a number of times to find out where this is with no answer. The phone rings busy.

Absolutely horrific! Should have read reviews in advance.

What business sells things that they "do not have in stock", takes your money in advance and then tries to sell you a similar product after.

When you agree to the different product then they start with the shipping games!

Try their phone number... oh wait it doesn't even work!!!

BRUTAL! Now fighting with PayPal to get money back as still no tracking number or product!

AVOID THESE GUYS... vehicle part suppliers are everywhere... call them first!

ordered vent visors in Jan 2024 and still nothing and now they don't even respond by email and never answer phone

Ordered a $2600 Amp Research power step. It did not fit. It's been 3 weeks of trying to get someone at Amp Research to respond in some manner to the issue.

My recommendation is buy elsewhere. Followup support is poor.

If only there was a -5 that would be more like it. I ordered the sports bar 2.0 for my Chevy Silverado when I tryed to install it, it dose not fit right at all. Trying to contact AUTO.EQ by phone is impossible only a computer recording. They don't respond to emails either. If you order some thing from them you better hope they sent the right product other wise you will be out your money. Fraud

taken for $1500, unable to contact company

Ordered a flush, hard roll tonneau cover. Received box damaged. Once opened box, noticed parts of the tonneau were out of their corresponding packaging. Front drivers side foam void block was missing as well fitment was not correct for my vehicle. Messaged autoeq immediately. They responded promptly and requested images. I responded the same day with pics of complaints and was ghosted for 3 days. Still have not had a response. $1300 tonneau cover that does not fit and missing parts with zero sufficient response from autoeq. Use my experience as a forewarning. Steer clear!!

I purchases a Sport Bar on a Boxing Day sale, and two weeks later, without warning, they cancelled my order. I responded to their cancellation right away, and then tried calling them. No responses, no one available to talk to me. I've emailed them 3 times, without anyone contacting me to discuss my order, and every time I call, which is multiple times over the day, it's ALWAYS busy. I've left phone messages, and again NO ONE calls me back. Ridiculously poor service and customer communication.

Products were reasonably priced, however, shipping was super quick. Coupon Code "SAVING10TODAY" not bad.
