Really impressed with the service here. The team were friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly before doing any work. Pricing was fair with no surprises, and the job was completed quicker than expected. My car is running perfectly now — I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this garage.

I would rate lower if I could. Absolutely awful experience. Incorrectly inputted MOT details and refused to correct once their mistake was addressed. This has left me scrambling to try and correct the details in a long winded exercise. Lesser price paid for MOT not worth the hassle we have had to experience since.

Armando and his team have proven to be trustworthy, efficient and reliable. They went above beyond to help me with the problem I had which involved a third party and even called the 3rd party on my behalf. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again

Untrustworthy and unreliable.
Refused to provide a proper quote to complete diagnosis after waiting for 5 days for someone to return from holiday and then threaten to charge an extortionate storage fee if not removed within 48 Hours.
Sorry but nobody in their right mind is going to give you a blank cheque.

Do not use! The service was fine, however, the delivery driver when delivering my car didn’t put the handbrake on. The car rolled down my driveway into my neighbours wall. Honestly can’t believe this could ever happen. The business refuse to accept any fault whatsoever and will not provide any evidence supporting their own statements.

Have to say that this garage were excellent, picked my car up kept me informed what needed to be done, Gary was brilliant

Autoelite have serviced my Mercedes AMG C63s for the past 4 years (previously as an agent for Service Stop). Their engineers are Mercedes accredited and all parts are MB original. They will pick your car up, arrange any work that needs doing (a phone call before starting to make sure that you wish to continue) and, upon electronic payment of the bill, return your vehicle to your home.
The people are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, more importantly for most Mercedes/BMW/Audi etc owners, they are cheaper than using the main agent - a lot cheaper. Their work is excellent, thorough and I really cannot praise them enough, once out of the "Agent for . . . " system, they are reliably efficient, timely, honest in billing and have saved me a packet compared to Main agent servicing costs. Highly recommended.
