Sorry about the problems you are having, but you seem to be the only one experiencing issues at the moment. We are getting plenty of customers using the site without problems. I'd be clearing your browsing data and history and see if that sorts the issue.
With regards to catalogues, they are free if you buy something and if you just want a catalogue then there is a small charge to cover the printing cost and carriage to get it to you.
Not many companies do catalogues any more because of the expense. We do.
