Wow, Amazing Customer Service
Wow, I wish I could do business with Automatic Door and Hardware everyday! Their customer service goes way above and beyond expectations and I'm so appreciative. I ran into a problem I needed to fix for a customer of mine and Automatic Door and Hardware without hesitation supported me the whole way, getting the product I promised my customer to them with no issues!

The best service for door's
Gary was very helpful from the first and communicated with me on his on time. He was in touch with me for several days and was very helpful finding the part I needed although I did not have a picture of the part. Gary went way above what was expected in trying to find the part I needed. When we need more parts for our church doors I will definitely call Gary.

If you need help figuring out what to do or how to do it … These people will help you make it happen. In my case it was a hardware issue and I wasn’t sure where to start. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Derek was so patient with me as I know nothing about automatic doors.... I had ordered the wrong part and he assisted me with finding the right one. He had me send him pictures to confirm the part needed. Derek made is so easy for me to get the right thing and explained how to ship the part that I ordered incorrectly.... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is RARE nowadays. Thank you Derek!!

company is a JOKE... please please stay away.. you will loose all the money.. No returns, or even they will not ship it to you, No response, No phone number to talk to someone - just a voice mail to contact thru email.

Poor service and poor quality
Ordered 4 Stanley duraglide roller assemblies. They arrived in a timely manner and the price was on the high side but fair enough. The rollers were installed and failed less then 2 months later. I have emailed them 5 different times with photos and a copy of the order. NO REPLIES FROM THEM. No phone number to contact.
Stay away from this place unless you want to waste money and get no warranty or customer service.
