Must be two guys working out of their…

Must be two guys working out of their Mom's garage. It took 7 business days for them to ship. No phone number listed on their web site, only an email address. Very poor service. If you need a part in a hurry, look somewhere else.

I'm sorry you feel that way! Our records indicate that we contacted you on several occasions telling you the lead time due to the backorder of this item. However, we never received a response from you. You did choose the Free Shipping, which typically takes 7-10 Business Days. But we upgraded you for free to UPS Ground, so you could get the product sooner due to the backorder.

I apologize that you were not able to receive our emails from your end.

Current product was discontinued so I asked for alternate. Received immediate response. Grateful for support and customer service. Its great to have a "human" understanding and response. Thank you

Super fast

it would have been nice to talk to a customer service rep but when I emailed them they responded very quickly, and then I asked another question via email and he responded back very quickly once again. There was no hidden charges the price was very fair, shipping costs were very reasonable also. And even though it was towards the end of the day I received confirmation that my part shipped on the same day.
