On April 8, 2026, I ordered and paid for a generator from your company (Order No. 164844482). On April 9, I received a notification from DPD stating that the package had been dispatched to me. Since the tracking information did not change, I contacted customer service several times.
On April 10, a lady speaking in English informed me that the package had been successfully collected and that delivery was expected on April 15. However, the tracking information still showed no movement, so I contacted customer service again.
On April 15, another representative informed me that on April 10, for some unknown reason, the package had been returned to the warehouse. She was unable to explain the reason. At my request, she sent me an email asking whether I would like to receive the product or request a refund. I confirmed in writing that I still wanted the delivery.
At that point I was understandably quite upset and requested some form of compensation. I have received an offerfor a coupon worth 5500 HUF, and a new order was placed under number 165596746. I would also like to point out that the 5500 HUF coupon offered as compensation is effectively useless to me. Given the experience I have had with this order, it is highly unlikely that I will place any further orders with your company in the future.
Today is April 17, and since I have received no further notification, I contacted customer service again. I was informed that the item I had already paid for was moved between two warehouses the previous day but has still not been dispatched.
We are now approaching the 10th day since the order, and the part has still not been shipped. Every additional day causes extra costs for me, as my mechanic cannot repair my car without the generator I ordered. This situation and the way it has been handled are completely unacceptable.
If I made a mistake of this magnitude, I would at least partially refund the paid amount as compensation. Unfortunately, I do not see much chance of that happening here.
At this point, I am also concerned about whether I will even receive the correct part.

Delivery time it's sometimes slow. Ordering big items, they charge twice the price for shipping, what is disgusting. Compatibility of products not precise. Check for yourself on other platforms. Otherwise,fair prices.
