Think twice when purchasing items on AUTODOC
Point 1:
The Garage function is completely useless, entering the manufacturer, model, or modification of the car has no effect on the selection of parts, entering the VIN is just a toy for fun
Point 2:
Support talks about the Expert checkbox, but I don't see this step when creating an order (and I provided screenshots to prove it). Assuming Point 1 works, this shouldn't happen at all
Point 3:
When I want to return a wrongly offered and purchased part, I have to pay shipping abroad (main warehouse in Berlin). When I objected to paying the shipping, I was told that I had again not checked something when ordering (I don't remember this step - I have screenshots again) in case of a wrongly selected part. Similarly to point 2: Assuming Point 1 works, this shouldn't happen at all
Conclusion: doing business with you means losing money for me; if I can, I will avoid your e-shop and will never recommend it to anyone
