Defective quality and non-existent support for international buyers

Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the complete lack of customer support from Autodesign.shop.
I ordered a set of racing stripes from this shop for my 2025 Ford Mustang, expecting a premium, durable product to match the vehicle. Unfortunately, after just 6 months of standard use, the top coat of the vinyl is completely peeling off.
To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I am based in Australia, and it feels as though because I am an international customer located far away, they believe they can simply ignore my consumer rights. I have emailed their support team 3 times now to privately resolve this issue, and they have completely stonewalled me without a single reply.
Be warned if you are purchasing from outside the UK—once they take your money, they will ignore you if the product fails.
