Avoid this garage!! Had my tyre replaced and they scraped my alloys!!!! And tried to blame me!! Disgusting place and people

Car left fully repaired ,washed and cleaned on the inside !!!

I just took a car kia optima tho a finance from the delership ,shop,I was expected more and trustworthy company.. car cost finance was 10000 ,I pay for the delivery becouse I live far away and wasn't able to go and see and text drive the car ,they was keep messing my day of the delivery,finally they delivery the car at 11.58 pm ...lots of stress and lots of call,rude not apologies nothing.. Now the car has some damage witch they didn't mention to me ,or write in the contract they send to me with the car...not mention in the paper they write false declaration saying I saw and test drive the car..After i send a picts of the deamage they didnt care to say much .A lots of lies and problem from the beginning..I told the finance company i don't want the car anymore but they still convinced me to take it 4 years of stress I will be having to deal with the dealership autocity trade wich I don't need ,I expected to have a easy food dealership amd trustworthy...U can't treat customer in this way ,special with my money my time ...not theirs..So now becouse I am not satisfied at all how they handle or any information ,poor care from them i don't want to have anymore to deal with..It cost me money and stress ...I imagine how would be in the 4 y future ,and no thank you...

Took my vehicle In today with an urgent problem that needed a quick fix and they turned my vehicle around within an hour, highly recommend this garage.

Caught the garage drivers speeding down a road in Northolt with my car uninsured. Didn’t even need a test drive for what it was in for. G is a dishonest mechanic and tried to lie about this. I recorded it on my phone, what are the chances. Stay away from these people, they are dishonest and lie to cover up.

Nice garage with a nice waiting area. You can see your car being repaired on cct. TV and hot drinks facilities are an excellent idea...
They took care of my car putting seat covers and floor mat. .
