Forced to resort to legal means to try to get my money back
I have bought an inverter from this company which I cannot get to work. I have asked for my money back a few days after delivery: they have ignored my request. I sent the unit back to them but they cannot find a fault. After three attempts to get my money back, one by recorded delivery letter, they have stopped replying. I will pursue through legal means.
