I want to let you all know about this company, Auto Approve. This company is very good, and the team was very helpful in assisting me with my new vehicle reference. The process went smoothly without any issues, and at every step I received a call or text message from them to make sure I received the note. This process took about a month. While we understand that the refinancing process can feel lengthy, especially when dependent on third-party timelines, your loan was handled in accordance with standard procedures and within expected timeframes. During the refinance process, it is possible that your payment to your previous lender could be due before the refinance is complete. Any payments you make to your previous lender that result in an overage in the payoff should be refunded directly back to you. The person I was in contact with was…

The person I was in contact with was patient and helpful, and steered me through the process. The bad parts were all the details and necessary documentation for approval. I do not have a Smart phone, so the process was a test for my patience.

I had a good experience Rashana U was…

I had a good experience Rashana U was friendly and polite. The prosses to refinance I found to be easy to get done, I liked the fact that they work with a lender that is not available to me in my region of the country. And do to that fact it opened the door to what happened to be the best APR rate that was offered to me was not huge but a point lower is better then a point higher.
