I am very disappointed with the level…

I am very disappointed with the level of service and customer support I received from the seller. Before purchasing the TPMS sensors, I confirmed with them that the product would be compatible with my vehicle.
After installation, it became clear that the sensors were not calibrated correctly. They showed 2 bar when the actual tyre pressure was 3 bar. To prevent the warning light from coming on, I had to overinflate the tyres.
I visited three independent garages in an attempt to resolve the issue, but none were able to fix it. After contacting the manufacturer, it was confirmed that the sensors were faulty. Throughout this time, I kept the seller informed via chat, providing updates on the steps I was taking.
The seller eventually asked me to return the sensors for a full refund under warranty; however, they were not willing to cover the labour costs for replacement, which other suppliers typically do. It took some time before I was able to arrange the return.
During the removal process, the fitter was unable to recover the valve components and could only return the sensors, as the valves could not be removed without being cut.
When the seller received the returned items, they refused to issue a full refund and requested that the valve parts be included as well. Given the significant time and effort I had already spent trying to resolve the issue, I reluctantly accepted a reduced refund.
Unfortunately, even receiving this partial refund required multiple follow-ups and several emails, causing further delays and wasting more of my time. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Only good thing is I got some money back and return postage cost. Hence the 2 starts.
